How to Place a Restaurant Order:
Restaurants Delivered has significantly reduced its partnering restaurant list to just 4 restaurants:
Pho Soc Trang, Jimmy Ho's Take-out Express, Memphis Blues BBQ House and Wasabi Izakaya Japanese Restaurant.
You will find the phone numbers, addresses and menus for these restaurants here.
Delivery is only available within 6 km of these restaurant.
*No delivery will be available to:
Rutland,Glenmore (past Yates Road), Lower and Upper Mission (past Dehart Rd), Casa Loma, East Kelowna or West Kelowna*
To order from our 4 partnering restaurants:
1. Call the restaurant directly
2. Request Delivery
3. Expect a call back from Restaurants Delivered within 5 minutes - If we can't reach you within 3 call attempts, we will cancel your order.
To order from a restaurant other than our partners: (starts at $9.50 within 3 km or the restaurant)
1. Do not call the restaurant you wish to order from prior to speaking with the dispatcher
2. Non-Partnering restaurant pickups are not our priority and we cannot accomodate them unless we have drivers available.
If you receive consent to place an order for delivery from the dispatcher at a non partnering restaurant:
1. Call the restaurant to place your order
2. Place the order under your first name
3. Let the restaurant know when to have it ready. (The dispatcher will tell you when a driver can arrive)
4. Restaurants Delivered will pay for the food at the restaurant.
5. Upon arrival Restaurants Delivered collects the cost of the food plus the delivery charge.
Tip you driver if you feel you have received good service 10-20% is customary. The drivers use their own vehicles, gas and time to deliver your order and they do not receive the entire delivery charge.

Second Stops:
Always call the dispatcher to discuss a second stop prior to placing an order at any restaurant including a partnering restaurant.
